This deck was falling apart when we got there. During demolition of the old stairs, it was discovered that rot had extended further through the posts and supports than we first realized. We propped up the deck, replaced the supports to code, and rebuilt the stairs and deck surface. We finished the job by installing modern-looking hog wire railings to tie it all together.
